What else is there? Well, there's another CivNET page at http://www.ualberta.ca/~wtsang/civnet.html, and someone has started a list of techs for civ at http://www.iag.net/~jlehett/civtech.html.
There is also a Civ II FAQ, which is really just a list of improvements to Civ that people have said they'd like to see. NOTE: This faq was written a long time ago (net wise), and has not been updated. There are some obvious problems with it (such as listing the average pc as a 386) -- if you'd like to fix them, contact the faq maintainer jon_b@oldham.gpsemi.com.
